We have a wonderful team of musicians and singers, performing music and songs from the Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Iraqi Jewish and Kurdish traditions.

In addition to work performed by our regular team, the concert includes two pieces from an old Ottoman manuscript, researched by our kanun player Mehmet Uğur Ekinci; Persian pieces performed by ney player Iraj Emami and his Hamava ensemble; two Iraqi pieces sung by Sara Manasseh; and a setting of a Jalaluddin Rumi poem performed by Polina Proutskova and Peyman Heydarian.

We hope that you can join us at this unique occasion.
